Drunk Elephant’s Glow Drops have been going viral ALL over the internet these past few weeks, but what if there was a budget-friendly alternative? I had the idea to use the Elf Halo Glow and mix it with my moisturizer. Here’s everything you need to know!

What Will I Need?
Elf Halo Glow – The most crucial part is to make sure it’s a shade darker than your skin tone. The shade range on this is quite small, going up one shade is all you need. I accidentally clicked the wrong shade, so this was convenient for me! I am shade 5 Medium Tan.
Moisturizer – You can use any moisturizer.
Application
Make sure you’ve properly prepped your skin, don’t know how? Read this guide. Once you’ve prepared your skin, follow the steps below:
- Apply the amount of Halo Glow you’d like onto your face, then apply the moisturizer.
- Finally, mix it with your hands! I felt like Meredith Duxbury doing this, I love this because it feels so lightweight and hydrating.
- Keep blending it in until it all looks even, when done you can apply foundation on top of it or leave it like that.

Final thoughts
Definitely try this out! I absolutely love the way it turned out, and you don’t need to spend 65 dollars on some bronzing drops, this does the job. This will be my new thing, it gives me light coverage and is very comfortable!
