Hi everyone, recently I’ve been OBSESSED with smokey eyes and playing around with eyeshadow. Today you’re going to learn the quickest, easiest smokey eye ever. + There is a video tutorial included below the written one. I’m so excited to share, let’s get into it!

Products Used
Below are all the products I used! Before starting my tutorials I love to state why I used the product and my thoughts on them.
- Elf Hydrating Camo Concealer: This is not a necessary product, but I love the finish it gives my eye for a bright base.
- DuCare Brushes: LOVE these brushes, if you’ve been watching my Eyeshadow With Ari series on TikTok these are the only brushes I use. They pick up eyeshadow impressively well and it’s the top brand I recommend to beginners.
- DuCare Brush #127
- Elf Bite-Sized Eyeshadow Palette: This has been my FAV palette recently! The formula is incredible, with no fallout, and lasts super long.
- Shade: Rose Water
- FENTY BEAUTY HOW MANY CARATS?!: I use this EVERY DAY, there hasn’t been a day where I’ve gone without it in months. It’s glossy, glittery, sooo functional, etc. I love it and the formula. Learn more about this product here!
- Brilliant beauty eyelash curler: Looking for a cheap but effective eyelash curler? Look no further! This is an amazing eyelash curler, and I highly recommend it.
- Lash Princess Mascara: Essence hit the ball out of the park with this mascara! Seriously it’s impressive for how cheap it is. My favorite one is the green and pink one.
- Loreal Voluminous smoldering eyeliner: This product is PERFECT for the summer. It’ll give you a stunning waterline but it’s not gonna streak because of the heat.
Steps
First, start off by applying a small amount of concealer on both eyelids and blend it with your finger.
Once it’s blended grab the Elf Bite Sized Eyeshadow Palette and the Ducare Brush #127. Dip into the darkest matte shade. Get some of the eyeshadow on the brush and swipe it back and forth on the back of your hand once to remove fallout.
Then, gently move the brush back and forth from the middle to the end of your eye. Make sure to not bring it to the beginning! Doing so will mess up the eyeshadow look. For more pigment apply more pressure.
Keep doing this until you’re happy with the darkness of the eye! Once you have the smokey eye it’s time to add the glitter. My FAVIROTE part.
Grab the FENTY BEAUTY HOW MANY CARATS?! And with your finger apply it from the beginning to the middle of your eye. Go in a second time when you’re done.
After, curl your lashes and apply mascara. Below are my steps for the most PERFECT long-lasting lash curl ever.
- Grab your lash curler and start pumping your lashes. Hold down for 10 seconds, during this duration pump them at least 5 times!
- Remove, and repeat the process on that same eye 2 more times. Once you’re done don’t move on to the next lash, you want to pay attention to them one at a time.
- After, grab a lash primer! This is the secret hack for getting your lashes to stay up ALL day rain or shine. Apply a small amount of primer, not too much otherwise you can risk getting flaky eyelashes.
- Let the primer dry for about 30 seconds, then apply mascara. The trick to getting the best results from your mascara is to make funny faces!
- You’re done! Repeat the process on your other eye.
After doing your lashes, grab the same eyeshadow brush used for the smokey part and don’t add any more on. Use what’s remaining and apply it under your eye going back and forth. This is going to help tie it together.
Finally, we’re on to the last step! When you’re done with lashes, apply some of the Loreal Voluminous Smoldering Eyeliner. This is going to help achieve the bold look you’re going for.
