Materials
- Bronzer: Your everyday bronzer is perfect! In this tutorial, I’m using the HOURGLASS Bronzer. It contains little gold shimmers that make it perfect for this look.
- Eyeshadow Brush: This look is not very precise and doesn’t require any specific eyeshadow brushes. Use whatever you normally use.
- FENTY BEAUTY HOW MANY CARATS?!: For my regular readers, you know how much I love this eyeshadow! It’s perfect for year-round wear and looks stunning in the sun, making it perfect for summer.
- Lash Curler + Mascara: Same thing here, use whatever you normally use! For those interested, I’m using the Brilliant Beauty Lash Curler with the Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara. They work great together!
- Kajal: The Loreal Voluminous Smoldering Eyeliner adds a stunning contrast to your eyes. If you want something to draw attention to your eyes, then this is definitely it!

To achieve the best results, start by ensuring that your eyes are free of any makeup. Next, take your eyeshadow brush and bronzer. Apply the bronzer from the center of your eye to the outer edge, moving back and forth. Blend for about a minute, and apply more pressure for a more intense pigment.
Next, grab the FENTY BEAUTY HOW MANY CARATS?! You see the blank spot at the beginning of your eye? Apply it there! For best results, apply it with your finger. I’ve found that this method works best to pick up the product; a brush doesn’t do it justice!
Next, curl your lashes and apply mascara. Be careful not to let the lash curler touch your eye as it could ruin your look. After curling, apply mascara or falsies as desired.
It’s time for the finishing touches! Start by using the remaining eyeshadow on your brush to smudge the bottom of your eye, which will help make your eyes appear more open. Finally, apply Kajal to your waterline. This simple step adds a stunning contrast and brings the entire look together.
Done! There you have it, a stunning bronzy eyeshadow look perfect for the summer.
Thank you for reading! By the way, I recommend not adding Kajal during the day. Instead, save it for the perfect night-time pop. Also, be sure to subscribe to the Beginners Guide To Makeup for more content like this!
