It’s kind of like I’m going back on memory lane for this one, because I did this look freshmen and sophomore year. This is a super easy look and is literally so quick but makes a huge difference. Photos in this blog post are from this school year (junior year)!
- Prep Skin: This is super important, make sure to prep your skin so you’re both comfortable and your skin is prepared for the makeup. Wash face, Apply Moisturizer + SPF.
- Base: Grab your concealer and apply it under your eyes and blend. Remember that concealer should always be 2-3 shades lighter than your skin tone to brighten things up.
- Blush: Next up blush! I loved using the Elf Putty Blush during this time because my makeup would stay under the mask. Apply some blush on both of your cheeks and swipe whatever’s remaining on your brush on your nose when you’re done.
- Lashes: Curl lashes and apply mascara, I find that holding the lash curler down for around 20 seconds and pumping a few times then repeating makes my lashes last super long. After, immediately apply mascara. Don’t be afraid to make funny faces! After apply some Kajal for a dramatic effect. I love the way it makes my eyes look.
- Lips: When it comes to lips choose something natural like a tinted lip balm or gloss! I personally recommend the BUXOM Tinted Lip Balm. It’s perfect for school and lasts long. After applying the lips, apply setting spray to ensure the makeup will last all day!
