Prep
Lashes come last in a makeup routine, it can be distracting and can also mess up your eye makeup if you’re doing lashes first! You can also use lash primer, but it’s not needed.
How to Use An Eyelash Curler
- Make sure you get close to a mirror
- Grab the eyelash curler and where the opening is put that where your top lashes are, make sure to not get to close to your skin though! I’ve made that mistake before.
- Hold down the lash curler for 5 seconds and realease!
- Apply mascara and you’re done!

I’ve found that the lash curler you use does matter! When I first started out in makeup I was using an older lash curler and it didn’t make a difference in my lashes. - Grab your lash curler
- Make sure to get the curler as close as you can to the base of the lash but make sure to be cautious about your skin!
- Hold down for 3-4 seconds
- Release for 2 seconds
- Repeat that 2 more times
- Your lashes should be looking very long and lifted right now!

Next up is lashes, I’ve been a frequent user of the Lash Princess Volumizing Mascara! This mascara makes my lashes last all day and is cheap I love it!
Make sure to immediately do this after curling your lashes, don’t waste any time when it comes to applying mascara.
- Grab your mascara wand and instead of applying the mascara in a straight line up against your lash, twirl the mascara wand up against your lash!
- Repeat this 3 times and your lashes should look significantly longer!
