Setting Powders Used
The two setting powders are the Elf Cosmetics HD Powder and the Kosas HD Powder. One is translucent and one is pressed.
Translucent: Elf HD Powder
This is a perfect brightening HD for your under eyes. Brightening, easy to use, doesn’t crease, and best of all cheap.

Pressed: Kosas Cloud Set
I didn’t cave in to buy this until a few months ago! Once I purchased it, I ended up really loving it.
This powder is super great quality, a little goes a long way, and it reacts well with all my other makeup too. Leaves a flawless finish in a short amount of time!
Brush Used
The brush you use will strongly affect the outcome, try to use a brush as close to the one above. If you can’t, use your regular powder brush! This brush is the DuCare Contour Brush #115.
The Combo Routine
This occurs at the very end of my routine to lock everything in, and get rid of that oil and shine. *It’s very satisfying!*
First up is the HD Powder, and this goes under my eyes. Applying a translucent powder under your eyes will give you a bright and awake appearance.
If you can, try to grab a brush as close to the picture above for the best results. If you can’t find a brush like that, use your regular setting powder brush.
Grab some of the powder onto the brush, and make to stipple the powder don’t drag it. I have seen better results stippling compared to dragging the powder, definitely try it out!
Continue to pat under your eyes until you’re happy with the results.
Now, we’re going to move on to the rest of the face. Grab the Kosas Cloud Set Powder using that same brush, and stipple the powder in any other areas outside of the rectangle! Since you’re using one that is closer to your skin tone you’ll find the finish looks a lot better and ties everything in.
